Kawakawa Jade Breast Plate, hand-crafted by Madelyne Gourdin Pendant

Breast plate pendant with complex hand-carving in stunning satin deep green New Zealand Kawakawa stone, with Siberian white jade inlays. Carved with great skill and delicacy by Madelyne. Features stylised Pohutukawa flowers surrounding two inset pieces of Siberian white jade on the front and one piece on the reverse. The piece includes a traditional-style woven pouch and some background notes on Madelyne's design.
